[Developers] Call-Center 1.5-2.1 now available

I did make some other test with my fisrt sever, all is right.  :-(
Sure, it's not a java issue from windows. Because, in this case, the 
call center module will not work on my first server!
Maybe there's a difference between a fresh install and an update since a 
1.5..??
